  • 1/2 cup apricot nectar
  • 2 Tbsps walnut oil
  • 2 Tbsps Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsps boiling hot water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a small mixing bowl, prepare dressing by whisking oil and mustard into nectar.
  2. Add boiling water and whisk slowly until blended.
  3. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
