No butter or marshmallows are necessary to flavor these sweet potatoes!
- 6 small (6 ounce) sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Peel sweet potatoes and cut into sticks, 1/3 inch baton (small sticks). Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil. Spread on a baking sheet, and bake for 25 minutes, tossing half way through.
- Bake until soft when pierced with a fork. When they’re finished, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
