Sour Cream Walnuts

Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups California walnut halves and pieces
Directions
- In a large saucepan, bring sugar and sour cream to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
- Remove pan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and walnut halves and pieces; stir until coating sets.
- Spread on cooking sheet to cool. Makes 4 cups.
