Easy summer salad

Ingredients
1 Granny Smith Apple
2 cups Strawberries
1/2 cup of Blueberries
1 cup of chunk Pineapple
1 cup Red Grapes
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
3 tablespoons Pineapple juice
Directions
Chop all fruits into bite size pieces and place in a bowl. Add one cup of chopped walnuts and three tables spoons of pineapple juice. Gently Mix together in bowl. Chill and serve

summer salad because it is so basic but adds so much brightness to the table. It is fresh and tastes very summery. It is the perfect side dish at a barbecue. I made this dish more healthy by adding the walnuts as it adds protein to round out the salad.
