Ingredients
1 cup diced Cantaloupe
1 cup diced Honey dew melon
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup California raisins
1 teaspoon Honey
½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup freshly toasted California English Walnuts
Directions
Dump all the ingredients except walnuts in a salad bowl, toss and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes for the fruit juices and flavor to blend. Meanwhile, in a heavy skillet dry roast the walnuts over medium heat, about 5 minutes. Garnish the salad with walnuts. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
