Ingredients

    1 pkg salad mix with julienne carrots and radishes
    1/4 cup English Walnuts chopped
    1/4 cup your favorite cheese grated
    1/4 cup your favorite fat free dressing
    1/4 cup raw cauliflower with broccoli
    1/4 yellow squash sliced thin
    1/4 red onion thinly sliced
    1/4 cup bacon bits
    6 asparagus spears cut into 1" pieces

Directions

    Take 2 large salad bowls, put in salad mix, add cauliflower, broccoli, squash, asparagus, red onions, sprinkle with bacon bits and cheese, then dressing and top with English Walnuts.
