Ingredients
4 small bananas
3 tablespoons light mayonaise
1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
4 lettuce leaves
Directions
Peel the bananas and cut each one in half across, then cut again lengthwise. Lightly spread the mayonnaise on all sides of the banana pieces. Roll each section in walnuts. Arrange each banana in sections, forming a pinwheel on 4 lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.

I have made this recipe for years, and there's not much you can do to make it healthier. The only change I have made is that I used to use regular mayonnaise, and have now substituted light mayonnaise to cut the fat and calories.
