In a food processor, combine 2 cups packed baby kale, 1 clove garlic, 1/3 cup toasted walnuts and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Blend until smooth while drizzling in 1/2 cup olive oil. Stir in 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
