One-hour, free CE credit webinar with Dr. Michael Roizen.

California Walnuts has teamed up with the American Society on Aging to host a one-hour, free CE credit webinar. The live webinar will be held June 10, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. PST.

Dr. Michael Roizen, Chief Wellness Officer and Chair of the Wellness Institute at the Cleveland Clinic and Co-Founder of RealAge Inc., will review the current health trends in the United States and the alarming rates at which Americans are aging. Dr. Roizen will highlight the science behind delaying the aging process through nutrition and lifestyle choices. By the end of the session, participants will have an understanding of how dietary and activity changes can “take back time.”

Participants in this webinar will be able to:

  • Understand the current trends in aging and the logic behind a person’s “RealAge”
  • Learn the science behind poor food choices, how they age a person and at what rate, as well as how healthy food choices can regress the aging process
  • Gain an understanding of specific measures all Americans can adopt to slow the aging process and improve their well-being

For those of you who have scheduling conflicts, don’t worry! You can still register for the webinar, and a recorded session will be sent to you after the live webinar is taped to play on demand.
