Heidi is a nutrition communications professional with over 25 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with an extensive background in weight management, children’s nutrition, and retail nutrition communications.
Her passion for nutrition, combined with ten years corporate supermarket experience, has made her a sought after speaker, media spokesperson and nutrition communications expert. During her tenure as a supermarket dietitian, she developed the Albertsons Children Healthy Eaters™ Tours, the largest nutrition focused grocery tour program in the United States. She also created a proprietary nutrition navigation shelf tag program used in over 1200 stores nationwide.
Diller has presented lectures to organizations locally and nationally including the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) Food Nutrition Conference and Expo as well as at the Food and Marketing Institute (FMI) National Convention. Heidi is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Food Administration. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), California Dietetic Association, Dietitians in Food and Culinary, Nutrition Entrepreneurs, Dietitians in Business and Communications Practice Groups and Slow Food USA.
A mother of two college-aged boys, wife and culinary enthusiast, Heidi’s passion centers around making healthy eating fun and delicious. Her mission is to inspire others to try new foods and cook together as a family by providing value-oriented solutions they can incorporate into their everyday lives.
