With over six million books in print, Mollie Katzen is an inductee of the James Beard Cookbook Hall of Fame. Named by Health Magazine as “one of the five women who changed the way we eat,” she is best known as the author-illustrator of the vegetarian classics, Moosewood Cookbook and The Enchanted Broccoli Forest.
Ms. Katzen’s other books include the best-selling children's trilogy (hailed by The New York Times as “the gold standard of children’s cookbooks”) Pretend Soup, Honest Pretzels, and Salad People.In addition to her many cookbooks, Ms. Katzen has co-authored Eat, Drink, & Weigh Less with Walter Willett, MD of the Harvard School of Public Health.
