Nancy Houston Miller RN, BSN, FAHA, FPCNA

Nancy is also the former associate director of the Stanford Cardiac Rehabilitation Program of research.

She is an adjunct clinical assistant professor at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) School of Nursing and the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. Nancy is also director of the LifeCare Company designed to provide care management for individuals with complex medical conditions.

She is a founder of the Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association and has served on numerous national organizations, including the national board of directors of the American Heart Association. She is the author of over 140 publications related to cardiovascular risk factors, care management, and cardiac rehabilitation.
