Horseradish Crusted Alaskan Halibut

The mixture between the orange citrus and the horseradish makes this fish both spicy and sweet!

Ingredients

6 each halibut portions, 6 oz. each

1 cup panko bread crumbs

2 tbsp freshly grated horseradish

1 each orange zest minced

1 each lemon zest minced

2 each egg whites

¼ cup olive oil

Salt & pepper (to taste)

Directions

Combine the bread crumbs with the horseradish, citrus zest and egg whites – season with salt & pepper and mix gently. Brush a baking pan with olive oil and place the halibut portions on it – brush the top of the fillets with the oil as well. Season the fish with salt & pepper and top them with the horseradish crumb mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees till the crust is nicely browned – 10-12 minutes. Serve with orange carrot vinaigrette and fresh asparagus.
