Fast and easy hummus recipe with a wonderful blend of flavors from toasted walnuts, sun-dried tomatoes and roasted peppers.

- Ingredients

2 cups of garbanzo beans, rinsed
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped fine
¼ cup lemon juice
4 whole sundried tomatoes in oil
½ cup toasted walnuts
3 whole red roasted peppers
1 teaspoon kosher salt
A dash of white pepper
2 tablespoons of parsley
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
¼ cup pomegranate juice
- Directions

- Blend in Cuisinart while Cuisinart is going add ¼ cup extra light olive oil
- Serve with Pita Bread- Yum!
