Boris Portnoy

Throughout his career, Chef Boris Portnoy has created bold and whimsical desserts. While working at such acclaimed San Francisco restaurants as Campton Place and Winterland, Portnoy got the attention not only of diners, but also of critics, who applauded his innovative style. In 2005, Portnoy was named Rising Star Pastry Chef by StarChefs, and was also named San Francisco’s Best Pastry Chef by Northside San Francisco magazine. Currently, Portnoy serves as a freelance pastry chef, taking his mouthwatering temptations to willing diners around the world.
