Noah Zonca

The Kitchen’s Chef de Cuisine Noah Zonca is executive chef and owner Randall Selland’s protégé. Chef Zonca shares top billing with Selland, and he has been running the show both as head chef and master of ceremonies for over five years. Chef Zonca learned to cook and lead a kitchen the old school way, by starting at the bottom and then apprenticing and cooking under a chef mentor until he was ready to take the reins himself.

He started working with Randall and the family as a teenager, washing dishes at The Kitchen. He then graduated to cooking and was head chef at their sister restaurant Selland’s Market Café. Eventually he returned to The Kitchen to take the helm in 2005. Chef Zonca is now known as one of the region’s best chefs, and creates not only the delicious dishes you will find at The Kitchen, but also the amazing sense of warmth and hospitality for which the restaurant is famous.
