Flourless, super crunchy Walnut Oatmeal Cookie Bark - great to serve as a fun dessert. Just break off the pieces. Addictive and tested on adults and kids!

- Ingredients

2 cups walnuts, finely chopped
1 stick butter
1 c white sugar
1 c oatmeal
1 tsp sea salt
(optional) 1 T orange flower water* OR ground cinnamon
*available in middle eastern markets. Gives the cookie bark a baklava type flavor that even kids love
- Directions

Melt butter on the stovetop. Remove from heat and stir in white sugar and salt, and stir till blended. Optionally add the orange flower water or cinnamon Add in walnuts and oatmeal.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Spread the dough about 1/4" thick on an 8x10 tray or large cookie sheet,
Bake until golden brown.
It will harden once cooled and let the break n crunch begin!FOR COOKIES: This dough makes great cookies too. After refrigerating, roll 1" wide balls and rollin granulated sugar. Bake till light brown. The insides will be soft with a crispy sparkling outside!
