1/2 cup parmesan cheese (use vegan parmesan for dairy free alternative)
1 pound 99% lean turkey burgers
1 large egg
Preparation
Combine basil, parsley, garlic, walnuts and cheese in a food processor. Pulse until course and just combined.
Hand mix with ground turkey and eggs.
Divide mixture into burgers. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook burgers 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center.
Serve with desired fixings like lettuce, tomato, buns, etc.
